Savannah, GA – The Savannah Convention Center (SCC) is pleased to announce a series of internal staff promotions effective July 1, 2025. These appointments recognize the outstanding contributions of team members who have played a vital role in the Center’s recent success and who are well-positioned to take lead during this new phase of growth.
“Each of these individuals has contributed meaningfully to our success and consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and service,” said Kelvin D. Moore, Senior Vice President for the Georgia World Congress Center Authority and General Manager of the Savannah Convention Center. “Their leadership in these elevated roles will be central to our continued evolution as we grow in reputation, reach, and impact.”
The following team members have been promoted:
- Gail Terrell – Director of Human Resources
- Jackie Mitchell – Director of Event Services
- Staci Stover – Senior National Sales Manager
- Jared Whitehead – Senior Public Safety Manager
- Jason Touchberry – Senior Food & Beverage Manager
- Ansley Cribbs – Senior Staff Accountant
- James Mallard – Catering Coordinator
