The Savannah Convention Center partners exclusively with CCLD Networks, to provide exhibitors with high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi and ethernet), phone services and more.
Rigging at the Savannah Convention Center is offered through exclusive in-house contractor Encore Event Technologies. With an office in the building, the team uses an extensive supply of on-site inventory—hoists, trusses, hardware and scissor lifts—to safely load your event in and out with ease.
The Savannah Convention Center Catering is our exclusive in-house caterer. SCC Catering specializes in bringing Southern Charm flavors to life with inventive options to enhance the attendee experience for your booth or specialty suite needs.
Encore Event Technologies is the Savannah Convention Center’s preferred in-house audio/visual production contractor. Their unique knowledge of the venue provides for a creative and efficient planning process. Their experienced technicians are adept at providing and setting up video, lighting, sound systems, and other presentation and entertainment components for booths of all sizes, from a 10’ x 10’ Booth to an intimate suite or meeting room.
Our experienced and professional Exhibitor Services team is here to help you maintain a clean and attractive booth during your time at the Savannah Convention Center. This service includes options of vacuuming, trash removal and dedicated labor to assist with load-in and load-out services.
Currently, Exhibitor Parking is available in Area 7 on move-in/out and show day(s), based on availability. Area 7 is strictly for POV’s and does not accommodate over-sized vehicles, trailers and/or box trucks. Please contact the Exhibitor Services Department to plan for such vehicles.
