Audio visual services at the Savannah Convention Center are offered through our preferred vendor, Encore. Their experienced technicians and managers are adept at setting up video, lighting, sound systems, computer displays, projection and other presentation and entertainment components for events of all sizes, from intimate board meetings to elaborate stage productions.
The safety and security of our clients and guests is always a top priority. The Savannah Convention Center provides an exclusive in-house security operation. Our security staff maintains 24-hour internal security coverage of perimeter areas, internal corridors, and life safety alarm systems. Building security will also open and secure exterior and interior access doors as well as monitor internal traffic flow. View our current safety brochure.
Internet and telecommunication services are provided by our venue partner CCLD Networks. CCLD Networks is a technology service provider, specializing in the convention and hospitality market segments. CCLD Networks has served thousands of conventions, trade shows, and professional and amateur sporting events since 1994. The order form for internet services is available here.
The Savannah Convention Center exclusively provides electricity and other utilities. We can provide electricity, water service, drainage and compressed air. Review our price list here.
For your convenience and ease of use, the Savannah Convention Center offers online ordering. Please note that online/advance rates are only available by completing your order online, and rate expires five (5) days prior to show opening.
